A laboratory manufacturer company is looking for a Bookkeeper/Office Manager. This is a great opportunity with a stable company that provides excellent pay and benefits, this position will be on-site.  Temp to hire, located in Laguna Hills. Offering $30/hr. DOE

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively balance bookkeeping, HR, and administrative duties. They should be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, HR, and conducting other tasks. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to product clear financial reports.

Job Responsibilities

  • Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
  • Provide regular financial reports (monthly and yearly)
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely processing of payroll
  • Support HR activities as needed

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills Detail oriented
  • Experience with administrative and clerical work
