 Healthcare administration and management solutions is looking to hire an ASO Account Coordinator to support the account management team on retaining employer group health benefits. Main duties are to maintain client information and client engagement improvement initiatives.


  • Maintain client data needed for management reporting and other internal requirements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries/requests as needed, gives resolution by researching issues and overseeing available resources  
  • Communicates regularly with account management and implementation team
  • Communicate status updates to internal and external parties
  • Support team members and act as a back-up contact for the staff.
  • Participates in documenting processes and procedures
  • Participates in client engagement improvement projects

Job Requirements


  • 2 years’ experience in health care insurance carrier, TPA, including working knowledge of health care plan account management needs
  • Excellent communication skills  
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities/tasks  
  • Strong computer proficiency  
  • Extremely Detail Oriented
