RemX is currently assisting one of our clients with filling openings for a Customer Service Representative.
This position is fully onsite in Alpharetta, GA.
- Manage Helpdesk Tickets
- Manage Social Media Platform, FACEBOOK, Instagram, Twitter and TIKTOK.
- Manage Telephone Support Calls
- Achieve High End Quality Resolutions for Customer Complaints in several online brand markets
- Working knowledge of Social Media, FACEBOOK, Instagram and Twitter
- Strong customer services and/or call center experience, CSM training 1-2 years, a plus
- Quick learner, able to be a Team Player and good CSR telephone voice personality
- English/Spanish Bilingual
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
