Description

RemX is currently assisting one of our clients with filling openings for a Customer Service Representative.

This position is fully onsite in Alpharetta, GA.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage Helpdesk Tickets 
  • Manage Social Media Platform, FACEBOOK, Instagram, Twitter and TIKTOK.
  • Manage Telephone Support Calls
  • Achieve High End Quality Resolutions for Customer Complaints in several online brand markets

Required Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Social Media, FACEBOOK, Instagram and Twitter
  • Strong customer services and/or call center experience, CSM training 1-2 years, a plus
  • Quick learner, able to be a Team Player and good CSR telephone voice personality

Preferred Qualifications:

  • English/Spanish Bilingual 
  • College degree 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Compensation: $16/hr
