Desktop Support Technician

Description

Desktop Technician will provide day to day local desktop support by:

  • answer questions, troubleshoot, and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software, and application issues in a ticketing system
  • Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot for printers and computer hardware
  • Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution
  • Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

Pay: $20/hr

Hours: 8am-5:30pm Monday-Friday

 

Onsite in the Stockbridge/Jonesboro Distribution center

Job Requirements

  • Desktop support: 1 year (Required)
  • Ideal candidate should have relevant 2-3 years' experience in Windows
  • Broad experience of IT with basic understanding of Networks and Servers
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
