Pay: $17.00 per hour ($.50 differential for Spanish bilingual)
Schedule: 8 hour shift between 7:00am-11:00pm. You must be open to any shift in those hours, weekend availability is required!

In this role you will:
- Provide concierge and white-glove level service, removing burdens and providing end to end resolution for customers
- Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
- Conduct proactive research on assigned member accounts to identify service issues
- Identify gaps in processes and work closely with other departments for process improvement
- Meet performance goals of a high volume customer service environment, including efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance
- Reliable high speed internet
- 1 year of recent call center experience(in the last 5 years)
