Description

Pay: $17.00 per hour ($.50 differential for Spanish bilingual)
Schedule: 8 hour shift between 7:00am-11:00pm. You must be open to any shift in those hours, weekend availability is required!
Start date: 12/12/2022 & 12/19/2022
This role is temp to perm!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls for health insurance policy holders in a high volume call center environment
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

Requirements:

  • Must have 6+ months of experience in a call center in the past 5 years!
