Pay: $17.00 per hour ($.50 differential for Spanish bilingual)
Schedule: 8 hour shift between 7:00am-11:00pm. You must be open to any shift in those hours, weekend availability is required!

- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls for health insurance policy holders in a high volume call center environment
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Must have 6+ months of experience in a call center in the past 5 years!
