Responsibilities:

  • Sorting of invoices and making sure all the proper documentation is included.
  • Data entry of invoices into the ERP system for payment.
  • Perform financial calculations including amounts due, interest, balances, discounts, equity, and principal.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • File invoices and check registers, issue checks, and track held checks.
  • Prepare the check runs.
  • Interact with vendors to provide payment issues and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
  • Work with other departments to research and resolve concerns.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Accounting, Finance, or Business
  • 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
  • Experience working in distribution a plus.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Netsuite experience preferred
  • High sense of urgency
  • Strong customer service orientation
