TYPE: Direct Hire; Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 100% in office

WHY THIS COMPANY: Our client, a commercial real estate firm, is adding to their growing team.  They offer a family feel in an environment where employees are passionate about their work.

YOUR DUTIES AS AN OFFICE MANAGER INCLUDE:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to appropriate team member
  • Greet visitors to the office
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Handle calendar management for 3 department leaders
  • Make travel arrangements for leadership to attend conferences a few times a year (regional and domestic travel)
  • Order catering for meetings and prepare conference room
  • Assist controller with tax filing paperwork
  • Assist controller with accounts payable duties
  • File permits with the county/city
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED FOR THE OFFICE MANAGER ROLE:

  • Must have prior administrative experience in an office environment - minimum 3 years
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's Degree is a plus
  • Real estate industry experience is a plus
  • Must be proficient in basic Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook; SharePoint experience a plus
  • Experience with Yardi is a plus
  • Must have strong attention to detail and customer satisfaction attitude
