RemX is looking for a bright, sharp individual to fill our Healthcare client's opening for customer service representative! This person will be responsible for being the first point of contact for our client's customers.
This is a fully in office position with the potential to become hybrid.
- Learn and retain product knowledge to answer customer questions prior to placing an order
- Processing orders and payments
- Answering customer questions about current products, orders, and shipment tracking
- Other projects assigned as needed
- 1-3 years previous call center or customer service experience (recent)
- Must be able to type 30-35wpm with minimal errors
- Strong Multitasker
- Must have reliable transportation to Atlanta, GA, 30340 Zip Code
Schedule: Monday-Friday between 8:30am and 6:00pm
Compensation: $15-$18/hr based on experience
