RemX is looking for a customer service rep for our client in Alpharetta, GA! This CSR will be responsible for managing customer questions and orders via Helpdesk tickets, inbound phone calls, and social media platforms.
This position is fully in office in Alpharetta, GA.
- Manage Helpdesk Tickets
- Manage Social Media Platform, FACEBOOK, Instagram and Twitter. Familiar with TIKTOK.
- Manage Telephone Support Calls
- Achieve High End Quality Resolutions for Customer Complaints in several online brand markets
- Strong customer services and/or call center experience
- Strong typing skills 50+WPM with strong accuracy
- Strong understanding of mobile device technology
- Working knowledge of Social Media, FACEBOOK, Instagram and Twitter
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
