RemX is looking for appointment schedulers
for our healthcare client in Alpharetta, GA. 

This is a contract to hire, fully onsite position with the potential to become remote.

Responsibilities:

• Handle high volume inbound calls
• Schedule appointments
• Transfer inbound calls to the appropriate department
• Maintain performance standards

Required Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Must have reliable transportation to office location
• Must be comfortable using multiple systems as once
• Customer Service/Contact Center background
• Strong phone etiquette

Preferred Qualifications:

• English/Spanish Bilingual

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Compensation: $15.50/hr; $17/hr for Bilingual candidates

Agents will be eligible to earn monthly performance bonuses after training (additional $200-$400/month!)
