RemX is seeking outbound call center representatives interested in work from home, full remote positions.  

Company:  Change Healthcare

Pay Rate:  $15/hr

Training:  9am-5:30pm EST M-F for 2 weeks

Hours After Training:  8am-4:30pm EST M-F

Lunch Break:  12:00pm-12:30pm EST (this is not flexible; break MUST be taken at this time)

Employment Type:  Long Term Contract

Job Responsibilities:

• Outbound calls to medical offices/facilities requesting specific medical records
• Validation of demographic data for the medical provider’s location
• Scheduling of chart retrieval via Electronic Medical Record options, requesting the office fax or mail in requested chart copies
• This is a CALL CENTER position; there will be metrics that need to be met
