We are currently looking for Customer Service Advocates for the Health Industry! 

Are you looking for a great opportunity and have at least 6 months to 1 year of call center experience? This is the opportunity for you!

Pay: $18.00

  • Job Responsibilities: 

    • Inbound calls only 
    • Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues 

     

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience 
  • Minimum of 1+ years of combined education, work and/or volunteer experience
  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE  

Schedule:

Training is Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 5:30PM for 3 weeks.  After, the schedule is an 8-hour shift between Monday to Sunday from 7:00AM to 11:00PM.  Possible shifts that will be available are 7:00AM to 3:30PM, 9:00AM to 5:00PM and 2:30PM to 11:00PM. 

Must be able to work on site. 

60-90 assignment can be extended
