Training a month in office, then remote
Under minimal supervision is responsible for the timely and accurate implementation and maintenance of products and services for moderately complex customers. Obtains all required documentation, completion of set-up specification sheets and coordination of all activities necessary for successful implementation. Majority of job duties include outreach to clients via email and phone. Demonstrates sound judgment and discretion when encountering exceptions to processes and procedures. Requires a good level of knowledge of the organization, products and services, systems and the ability to handle more challenging client requests. Typically requires an associate degree or equivalent with two to three years of relevant experience.
This position is responsible for working with various areas within the company to successfully implement products and services for customers. Acts as the primary internal contact. Coordinates activities with various departments to ensure that customer's products and services are successfully implemented in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. Resolves issues relating to missing or conflicting product information and documentation by communicating and coordinating efforts with customers, sales staff, relationship managers, operations, bankers and/or legal staff where applicable.
