Looking for experienced Outbound Call Center Professional for an exciting opportunity working in the Healthcare Industry!! 

Our client, is seeking: 

• Minimum 1 year of recent call center experience
• Minimum 6 months of work from home experience

Summary:

Associates will be responsible for contacting different medical facilities to schedule deliveries for requested medical records. This position requires a minimum 60 outbound calls per day to healthcare professionals in order to successfully achieve daily and weekly goals. Average call should be around 3 minutes

Please note: You must have access to an Ethernet Connection and high speed internet. 

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm 

Pay: $14/hr - $15 per hr depending on experience 

Requirements:

• 1 year of call center (Must be within the last 3 years)
• 6 months in a remote/work from home role
  
• Comfortable communicating in a professional manner
  
• Access to an Ethernet Connection
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have up to date resume!!
