A packaging and materials company is looking for a Customer Service Representative, located in Rancho Santa Margarita. This is a great opportunity with a stable company that provides excellent pay and benefits. This is a contract to hire position.  Offering $23-$25/hr. DOE. Full time 100% on-site.

Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:

• Meet call time requirements and other metrics
• Responsible for offline time tracking
• Responsible for high QA/Quality Monitoring Scores
• Light accounts receivable following up on open invoices
• Accurately enter customer orders into order entry system
• Ability to meet production goals

Performs other duties assigned

Customer Service Representative Job Requirements

• 1+ years Customer Service Rep in an office setting and order processor
• Detail oriented, multi-tasker and reliable
• Microsoft Office
• Strong grammar and spelling skills
