Title: Onsite Customer Service Rep

Type of Hire: Direct Hire  

Pay Rate: $18.50/hour

Training Length:  5 weeks 

Training Schedule: 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday (NO time off during training)

Post Training Schedule:  Various schedules will be available include 1 day of the weekend

 Location: ONSITE in Scottsdale: (Raintree and the 101 Freeway)

Job Description:

They are an inbound call department.  They are supporting Bank customers that have accrued enough reward points to purchase product or booking travels.  Orders for a variety of products, including Gift Cards, Merchandise. In addition, the CSR will provide general customer service support on behalf of a top US financial institution. 

It is a yes environment, yes we can cancel, yes, we can refund your reward points. General Servicing of banking accounts.  

  • Deliver excellent customer support through various channels i.e. voice, email, and chat 
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise for existing orders. i.e. item not delivered, item arrived damaged, etc.
  • Provide site navigation assistance to customers who are new to self-booking/ordering online
  • Aid customers for general banking and rewards inquiries

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • HSD or GED
  • 3 years Customer service or call center experience,  
  • Exceptional phone and communication skills, good with people, strong technology skills.
  • No time off during training; no exceptions! 
  • Typing 25 wpm
  • Good grasp of MS Office or G Suite , computer software navigation
  • Ability to work full time M-F 8am start for the training. 
  • Ability to work full time including either Saturday or Sunday after the training.
