Pay: $20/Hr. - Opportunity for increase after 60 days
Hours: Must be able to accept a shift Monday-Friday between 7am-8pm, Saturday 8am-12pm
Location: Irving, TX (Onsite)

Description:

• Auto-Dialer Collections – make outbound/receive inbound calls on accounts that are 5-29 days past due and assist customers with bringing their accounts current (approximately 100+ phone calls daily)
• Prepare account for next level of collections.
• Meet company objectives.
• Maintain enthusiastic and positive attitude.

• Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED 
• They would like previous customer service, customer facing experience – call center or reception however they will take great, upbeat sharp candidates with no experience as well
• Fast paced environment.
• Flexibility necessary, get moved around and learn new roles.
• Growth potential is unlimited.
