JOB DETAILS

Title: Payroll Specialist

Pay: $25 an hour

Onsite in Olathe, KS

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (one hour lunch)

BRIEF LIST OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure employees are paid accurately and timely
• Ensure correct payroll deductions
• Calculate overtime, shift payments, sales commissions, and bonuses
• Maintain payroll records and prepare reports
• Answer payroll related employee questions
• Handle all accounts payable

• Able to work onsite in Olathe, KS
• Hourly and salaried payroll experience
• ADP etime & WorkDay Experience
• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel) Experience
• Multi-State Payroll Experience
• High School Diploma or GED
