Training & Post-Training Schedule: 9a-6p (EST) Monday through Friday
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Answer calls, respond to basic insurance questions, and transfer calls when necessary.
Ability to deescalate a caller that may be frustrated from being on hold for a long period of time.
