Description

RemX is hiring multiple Remote Customer Service Representatives to assist our client with providing flexible and fully integrated healthcare administrative and management solutions to employers across the United States. 

 

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

Remote/Work from home

Training & Post-Training Schedule: 9a-6p (EST) Monday through Friday

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Answer calls, respond to basic insurance questions, and transfer calls when necessary.

Ability to deescalate a caller that may be frustrated from being on hold for a long period of time.

 

 

Job Requirements

WHAT YOU HAVE

Previous healthcare/medical office experience

Knowledge of medical terms like copay, deductible insurance eligibility

Previous call center experience- Must understand queue, idle time, adherence, etc.
