Description

Our national bank client is looking to fill their "Yes Environment!" - assisting customers in rewards redemption!

Inbound call department. They are supporting bank customers that have accrued travel reward points to understand and redeem their earnings. Subject matter includes tracking the shipment, canceling the shipment, refunding reward points, shipment arrived damaged, help on the website buying product.

It is a "Yes Environment!"
Yes, we can cancel.
Yes, we can refund your account.

 


Pay: $18.50/hr

Location: Raintree and the 101 Freeway, Scottsdale AZ

Training Length: Will be 2-5 days and then on the phone

Training Schedule: Will be partnered with someone between 6am and 6pm for a few days (need to be flexible for a few days)

Multiple Post-Training Schedules Available

 

  • ONSITE
  • 3 years of customer service experience in a contact center and/or customer facing retail environment
  • Must be professional and articulate with strong interpersonal skills
  • Must have a pleasant phone presence and friendly personality
  • Strong computer navigation skills, such as the ability to navigate between various tools simultaneously
  • Basic proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals and instructions
  • Ability to diffuse escalated customers
  • Scheduling flexibility is required; there may be shift bids on a quarterly basis which may change your initial shift
  • Travel experience is not required, but is a plus!
  • Fluency in Spanish is not required, but is a plus!
  • Proven proficiency in Spanish and/or willingness to work an overnight shift will earn the CSR a pay differential

Job Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Proficient in use and navigation of computers and software
  • Types 30-40 WPM
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Ability to handle chats, in/out communication
  • Ability to look up information and provide account details or verification of information
  • Able to use dual monitors and can toggle between windows, tabs and screens
  • Ability to talk and type at same time
  • Familiar with headsets and auto-dialer use

Job Responsibilities

  • Meet call time requirements and other metrics
  • Responsible for offline time tracking
  • Responsible for high QA/Quality Monitoring Scores
  • Maintain efficient average talk time (ATT) and efficient average after call work time (ACW) metrics
