Our national bank client is looking to fill their "Yes Environment" - assisting customers in rewards redemption! This is a great opportunity for anyone in the banking or call center fields!

It is a Yes Environment -- "Yes, we can cancel! Yes, we can refund your reward points!" Must live within 30 miles of Raintree & the 101 Freeway.

Pay: $18.50/hr (Differentials available for Spanish fluency & non-standard shifts!

Training Length:  5 weeks

Training Schedule: 8am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday

Training Location: ONSITE - RAINTREE & THE 101 FREEWAY

Post-Training Location: ONSITE - RAINTREE & THE 101 FREEWAY

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK EITHER SATURDAY OR SUNDAY, Multiple Post-Training Schedules Available

Requirements

• Must live within 30 miles of Raintree & the 101 Freeway
• Must have extensive experience taking calls in a call center environment
• Must have great tenure with previously placed positions
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Must have exceptional communication and phone etiquette
• Must complete a series of skill-based assessments
• Must have High School Diploma/Equivalent 
• Must be able to undergo and clear a drug & 7yr. background check
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
• Must be able to type 35 wpm or greater
