Location: ONSITE in Scottsdale

Job Description:

They are an inbound call department.  They are supporting Bank customers that have accrued enough reward points to purchase product or booking travels.  Orders for a variety of products, including Gift Cards, Merchandise. In addition, the CSR will provide general customer service support on behalf of a top US financial institution. 

It is a yes environment, yes we can cancel, yes, we can refund your reward points. General Servicing of banking accounts.  

• Deliver excellent customer support through various channels 
• Troubleshoot issues that arise for existing orders
• Provide site navigation assistance to customers who are new to self-booking/ordering online
• Aid customers for general banking and rewards inquiries

• Must live within 30 miles of Scottsdale, AZ
• Must be able to work onsite
• Previous customer service experience
• Able to navigate/learn call center software
• Able to type 25 WPM
• High School Diploma or GED
