BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION

• Onsite in Irving, TX
• Manage inbound and outbound calls while providing excellent service
• Navigate call center software and update account notes
• Assigned a full-time schedule within the following hours: Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. & every other Saturday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

• Able to work onsite in Irving, TX
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Previous customer service experience
• Able to learn/navigate call center software
• Desire for career growth
