BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION
- Onsite in Irving, TX
- Manage inbound and outbound calls while providing excellent service
- Navigate call center software and update account notes
- Assigned a full-time schedule within the following hours: Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. & every other Saturday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Able to work onsite in Irving, TX
- Great communication skills
- Able to learn call center software
- Previous customer service experience a plus
