A manufacturing company is looking for a Customer Service Representative located in Fullerton. This is a 1-month Contract and onsite essential role with a reputable company. Offering $21-$23/hr. DOE. 100% on-site.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle company’s incoming customer service line and responsible for handling Voice of Customer
- Respond to prior, current, or potential customers through a variety of channels
- Research questions or complaints, referring to appropriate internal depts.
- Answer questions about company products and services and maintain a knowledge based of the products
- Propose solutions to problems and ensure all responses follow company guidelines, quality, and timeliness
- Manage sample requests and collaborate with cross functional depts. in obtaining and understanding customer satisfaction insights, production information
- Identify trends and suggests products/service revisions on recurring questions or complaints
- Maintain records of correspondence and provide daily/weekly report on VOC, including detailed information, photo, type, follow-ups, progress
- Perform other projects/duties as assigned
