TYPE: 90 day contract assignment; 4 days in office, 1 day remote

YOUR TRANSPORTATION ACCOUNTING CLERK DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Help with backlog of freight invoices
• Create manual invoices as needed
• Maintain payment logs
• Work with vendors on payments
• Reach out to carriers with credits
• Research and resolve payment issues

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED FOR THE TRANSPORTATION ACCOUNTING CLERK ROLE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelors is a plus
• At least one year of experience with a TMS or Great Plains is preferred
• Experience in logistics industry is preferred
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Minimum 2 years of experience with invoicing, billing, general accounting functions is required
