Job Duties
- Review and prepare AHFC contract packages
- Accurate data entry
- Package verification-verify accuracy of forms and signatures
- Correction of dealer errors and follow-up
- Process check requisitions and perform research as needed.
- Adhere to appropriate Compliance policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional Customer Service assistance to dealers
Desired Skill Set
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Friendliness, tact, efficiency, organization, patience, and the ability to work well under pressure and deadlines are keys to success in this position
- Accuracy is essential to comply with federal & state lending and documentation requirements so good attention to detail is needed
- Must be detail oriented, process oriented, and self-motivated
- Eager to learn, positive attitude, and flexibility are also important
- Customer Service and/or Financial background is a plus
- College Degree (4 Year) is preferred but not required
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday 8 AM – 5 PM or 9 AM- 6PM
- Some scheduled Saturdays and overtime as needed
- Must be flexible, schedule may change with business needs
This is an onsite position in Alpharetta, GA ( Not remote)
Pay: $18.00/hr
