Successful Finance company looking for Motivated Collections Representatives to jump start their career.

*MUST HAVE BACHELOR’S DEGREE*

Training Schedule: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri
Schedule after training: Between 7am-8pm Mon-Fri, Occasional Saturdays
Pay: $20/Hr. potential for increase after 60 days

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Make outbound calls using a dialer.
• Assist customers with account updates and payments.
  
• Effectively contribute to increasing Customer Satisfaction scores (meet qualitative objectives)
• Become a productive member of the department (meet quantitative objectives)
• Maintain enthusiastic and positive attitude

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Customer service or customer facing experience – call center or reception experience
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Flexibility necessary, get moved around and learn new roles
• Upbeat and willingness to grow with company.
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE IN IRVING, TX
