 POSITION DETAILS

• Onsite in Overland Park, KS
• Full Time (40 hours weekly)
• Receive inbound calls
• Identify and resolve member account issues
• Meet established performance goals

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong computer skills
• Previous customer service experience
• Able to work onsite in Overland Park, KS
• Able to work any assigned schedule between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., including one weekend day
