Customer Service Representative Role:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolutions to our members. Telecommunication based customer interaction to answer and resolve a variety of inquiries. This is high volume, customer service environment. You’ll need to be efficient, productive, and thorough dealing with our members over the phone.
60 day contract
Primary Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3+ years of combined education, work and/or volunteer experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Schedule:
Training is Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 5:30PM for 1-2 weeks.
After, the schedule is an 8-hour shift between Monday to Sunday from 7:00AM to 11:00PM. Possible shifts that will be available are 7:00AM to 3:30PM, 9:00AM to 5:00PM and 2:30PM to 11:00PM.
Compensation:
$17.00/hourly / Bilingual $17.50
