Title: Customer Service Reps

Type of Hire:  Temp (possible hire after the project)


Start Date: Every Monday ( 1/23, 1/30)

Pay Rate: $17.50/hour

Training: 9am-5:30pm for 3-5 days


Post Training hours: shift will be assigned between 8am-10pm  ( must work at least one day of the weekend)  


Training & Post Training Location: Onsite >   Overland Park, 66211   

Dress Code:  Casual



Job Description:

·         Provide customer service and providing end-to-end resolution for customers

·         Serve as a single point of contact for the customer and form a strong relationship to support them

·          Timely follow-up with the member

·         Research complex issues across multiple databases

·         Anticipate their future healthcare needs or potential opportunties 

·         Conduct proactive research on assigned member accounts to identify issues

·         Identify gaps in processes and work closely with other departments for process improvement

·         Meet the performance goals

·         This is a high volume, customer service environment.

Job Requirements


·         Customer service experience

·         HSD/GED OR equivalent work experience

·         Strong computer and software navigation skills are critical

·         Strong ability to be flexible and adapt
