An International manufacturing company is looking for an Order Entry/Customer Service Rep, located in Garden Grove. This is a great opportunity with a stable company that provides excellent pay and benefits, this position will be on-site. This is a temporary to hire position.  Offering $20-$21/hr. DOE.

Order Entry/Customer Service Rep responsibilities include taking down customer orders, explaining options to customers, and helping our team process and fulfill orders as needed. 

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Recording customer information in order to process orders
  • Completing fields such as name, address, account number, item number, price, and any sales or promotions
  • Inputting data into a central database to be used to fulfill orders
  • Inform customers of prices and collect payment
  • Process orders and distribute receipts
  • Input orders into database
  • Inform customer of expected delivery date
  • Follow up on orders
  • Handle complaints about unfulfilled orders
  • Check inventory control

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
  • At least 2 years of office experience/data entry/customer service
  • Excellent keyboarding and data entry skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational skills, superb accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of office equipment including printers, scanners, multiple line phones, mail machines and binding machines
  • Strong math skills and problem solving
