ACCOUNTANT 

PAY: Up to $80K DOE

HOURS: Monday -Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm

YOUR DUTIES FOR THE ACCOUNTANT WILL INCLUDE:

• Financial reporting
• General ledger maintenance and balance sheets
• Handling of all department journal entries  
• AP/AR duties
• Month end reporting
• Daily reporting of key management metrics
• Prepares internal financial statements  
• Handling monthly closings
• Expense reporting 
• Account Reconciliation
• Prepare and analyze balance sheets  
• Oversee preparation of monthly financial reporting
• Manage quarterly financials
• Establish the annual budget and manage all cost centers to meet planned levels  
• Handling of accruals 
• Posting of payments
• Bank reconciliations 
• Calculate commissions

 HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED FOR THE ACCOUNTANT POSITION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as an Accountant 
• Must be HIGHLY proficient in QuickBooks
