Location:   Longmont, CO, 80501

Work Location:  Onsite for 90 days then allowed a hybrid schedule

Training Schedule & Post-Training Schedule: 11:30am-8pm, Monday through Friday

Pay Rate: $16/hour

Job Summary:

Primary responsibility to ensure front end accuracy of new account setup in billing systems.  Responsible for the research, and/or resolution of any variances of an assigned account portfolio in accordance with Company’s Client Service Billing Policies and Procedures and the Consumer Credit Protection Act of 1977.

Duties

• Ensures completion of necessary information from entry sheet and medication orders for data entry and account setup in the system.
• Review and route documents through Docutrak system to appropriate department.
• Verify payers and demographic information. Where applicable, fill in gaps in demographic information.
• Works with internal and external customers to resolve assigned accounts. Productivity records will be maintained.
• Works with Admissions Director/Supervisor in researching pharmacy accounts requiring special attention, and taking all necessary action to ensure accuracy of data being entered.

• High School graduate, GED or equivalent experience
• 1 year data entry experience is required
• 1 year billing experience or 1 year experience in the healthcare industry is desirable
• Computer skills
• Communication, Problem Solving, Detail Orientation and Teamwork
