This position is onsite for the first 90 days. A hybrid schedule is available after.

Hours: 11:30am-8pm, Monday through Friday

 

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION

Ensure accuracy of new billing system accounts

Utilize attention to detail, problem solving, and data entry skills

Work with customers to resolve assigned accounts

Verify payers and the accuracy of account information

Partner with team members and managers on special projects

Job Requirements

Great communication and problem-solving skills

Detail oriented and team player

MS Excel and Word

Type over 30 WPM

One year + data entry experience

High School Diploma or GED

Benefits Investigation knowledge a plus
