Description

RemX is seeking an Office Assistant for a temp to hire opening with a great company located in Richmond, VA. 

 

  • Answer phones and direct callers to appropriate person/department
  • Respond to emails
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Maintain reception area
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail
  • Data entry
  • Coordinate technology needed for meeting, events, etc. 
  • Maintain and order supplies
  • Scheduled catering for company events when needed 
  • Conference room scheduling

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Previous data entry, data analysis and customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be flexible and quick to adapt to changes
  • Ability to be technically and analytically focused
  • Excellent problem solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
