 Business travel services / corporate travel company is looking for experienced Travel and Sr. Travel Consultants for call center environment,

 Pay Range: $23/hour + incentives   ($26 for later shifts) 

• up to $450 monthly (incentives)
• Shift differentials for late hours and weekends can be offered

Location:  Remote (work from home)

Training Schedule: 9am-6pm, Monday through Friday (EST) 2-3 Weeks

Post- Training Schedules Available: (EST)

• 10am-7pm EST  (9AM CST)
• 11am-8pm EST  (10AM CST)
• 1pm-10pm EST (12PM CST)
• 4/10 hour schedules also available
• one weekend day a month

Responsibilities:

• Book reservations for clients.
• Effectively communicates reservation details and fare rules to clients.
• Identifies and promotes preferred vendors.
• Takes back to back calls, high volume call center ( 25+ calls per day),
• Able to assist in resolving basic client issues.

• Corporate travel consultant experience required.
• Knowledge of GDS system required (Worldspan required).
• Call center experience preferred.
• Computer and technical skills required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills.
