RemX Staffing is seeking a Junior ERP Analyst in the Somerville, NJ area!

This is a hybrid opportunity that requires working onsite 2 days/week.

Hours: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm with eligibility for overtime

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Senior ERP Analyst and collaborate with IT team
• Assist with implementations and system upgrades as required
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 ERP system support
• Create functional and technical specifications documents
• Lead UAT and data validation with key users
• Create and maintain system documentation and deliver training to end users
• Manage ERP security including user security audit
• Additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
• 1-3 years of experience with ERP implementation
• Prior experience working with Net Suite required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Troubleshooting, problem solving and conceptualization skills
