RemX has an exciting Customer Service position available with a well-established company located in Richmond, VA. 

Training Hours: 9am - 4 pm Monday-Friday onsite

Work schedule: 10 am- 6 pm  Monday-Friday.  A hybrid work schedule is offered after successful completion of training (37.5 hour work week)

• Responding to inbound calls
• Responding to billing inquiries
• Processing customer payroll information
• Data entry 

• High School Diploma required, college degree preferred
• 2+ years of call center experience
• Basic math skills
• Ability to problem solve 
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
