**MUST LIVE DRIVING DISTANCE FROM CARY AND DURHAM**

$16/hr

Temp to Hire

All Required Equipment Provided

• Agent will be on the phones all day making and receiving calls to/from providers office to obtain patient charts for insurance companies.

• No Cold Calling/ Offices are under Contract

• High Call Volume

• 100+ calls per day

8 days training: 9:00am - 5:30pm EST from Nov – Mar & 10:00am – 6:30pm Mar – Nov (Day light savings)

Hours for training only are based off of 7:00am – 3:30pm AZ time which is why they change for day light savings

Hours after training for the first 90 days: 9:00am – 6:00pm EST (1 hr lunch)

Hours after 90 days: Must be available to work any of the schedules within the hours of operation (8:00a – 8:30pm EST)

Qualifications:

• Call Center Experience Required
• Data Entry
• Multi-Tasking
• Typing 20 WPM
• High Speed Internet
• Background Check
• Drug Test
