RemX is currently hiring a Customer Account Representative in Alpharetta, GA.
This is an Onsite Position- NOT remote - must be within 20 miles of Alpharetta, GA
Pay rate: $18 per hour - $19.50 with College Degree
Schedule:
- Monday through Thursday: two shifts, 8 am–5 pm and 11 am–8 pm
- Friday: 8 am–5 pm
- 2-3 Saturdays per month: 8 am–12 pm
Responsibilities:
- Auto-Dialer Collections – make outbound/receive inbound calls on accounts that are 5-29 days past due and assist customers with bringing their accounts current (approximately 200+ phone calls daily)
- Identify root cause of customer delinquency and generate effective solutions
- Effectively contribute to increasing Customer Satisfaction scores
- Maintain enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Adhere to appropriate compliance policies and procedures
Experience:
- Call center experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- College Degree (4 Year) is preferred but not required
