This is an ONSITE Position ( Not remote)
Job Requirements
- Previous customer service and call center experience
- Proficient in use and navigation of computers and software
- Types 30-40 WPM
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Ability to handle chats, in/out communication
- Ability to look up information and provide account details or verification of information
- Able to use dual monitors and can toggle between windows, tabs and screens
- Ability to talk and type at same time
- Familiar with headsets and auto-dialer use
Availability Requirements:
Monday - Sunday 6am - 1am CST
Job Responsibilities
- Meet call time requirements and other metrics
- Responsible for offline time tracking
- Responsible for high QA/Quality Monitoring Scores
- Maintain efficient average talk time (ATT) and efficient average after call work time (ACW) metrics
- Ability to upsell/upgrade products or services
- Ability to meet production goals
- Performs other duties assigned
Pay: $14.50/hr
Must live in the Dallas TX area and available to work weekends- Position is ONSITE
