Working in a fast-paced environment responding to inbound and outbound telecommunications. Assist client handling and troubleshooting inquiries following appropriate processes. Follow-up with clients on issues that cannot be resolved immediately.

THIS POSITION IS TEMP TO HIRE

Location: Tampa, FL.
Base Pay: $16.25-$17.24 per hour
Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 7AM-9PM and Saturday-Sunday 7AM-5PM

Shift: Set 40-hour work week within hours of operation - weekend availability is required

Client Services is responsible for the following:

  • Provide prompt, courteous assistance to approximately 60 inquiries per day from various modes of communication
  • Provide quality customer service during every interaction with customers
  • Work in a production environment and meet daily, weekly, monthly metrics. 

Qualifications

  • Recent healthcare experience
  • Recent call center experience
  • Weekend availability
  • 40 word per minute typing speed
  • Longevity in previous roles (at least one year with each company)
  • Must be comfortable working on site for up to 16 weeks and reporting to site as needed
