RemX is currently assisting our Healthcare client with openings for outbound call center agents

This is a four week contract 

Responsibilities:

• Perform outbound calls to policy holders who may have had flex cards returned
• Provide White glove concierge service to all current and potential customers

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation to the Plantation, FL area
• Minimum one year experience in a call center or customer service role
• Ability to maintain perfect attendance throughout the duration of the project

Schedule: Must have availability during hours of operation (Monday-Sunday 7am-11pm)

Compensation: $17/hr
