Our client in Alpharetta, GA is looking for a Customer Service Representative with an extensive background using social media to join their team.

Hours: Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM
Location: onsite Alpharetta, GA
Responsibilities:
- Manage Helpdesk Tickets on Gorgias App, Multiple Channel Integration within 24 Hour Cycle
- Manage Social Media Platform, FACEBOOK, Instagram and Twitter. Familiar with TIKTOK.
- Manage Telephone Support Calls, Working with CSR Team on Shifts
- Achieve High End Quality Resolutions for Customer Complaints in several online brand markets
- Proficient in typing and recording customer calls and complaint escalations
- Identify Lead Generation Sales Calls or Tickets for Pre-Sale to Sales Team
Requirements:
- Bilingual with Spanish is a plus
- Strong customer services and/or call center experience, CSM training 1-2 years, a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, writing, verbal skills, and listening skills, proficient typing skills
- Working knowledge of social media, FACEBOOK, Instagram and Twitter
- Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook email and Excel, type fast, but accurate, at least 55 WPM.
- Understand mobile device technology, a plus
