Hours: Must be able to accept a shift between 8am-8:30pm
Location: Remote (Must live within 2 hours of Cary)
Pay: $16/HR.

• Make outbound calls to healthcare providers to collect medical charts.

• Follow company guidelines and follow HIPPA.

• Utilize different applications and multiple screens.  

• No time off allowed first 90 days of start
• Must have clear communication skills
• Must have call center/customer service experience
• Must be computer proficient and type at a reasonable speed
• MUST BE ABLE TO PICK UP WORK EQUIPMENT FROM DURHAM
• MUST LIVE WITHIN TWO HOURS OF CARY, NC
