Position: Benefits Investigation Representative (Temp-Hire)

Location: Onsite: Must be within 45-minute commute or closer to Plantation area *PLANTATION, FL & Immediately Surrounding Cities Only*

Pay (FIRM): $18/hr. weekly pay & FULL benefits immediately (Medical, Dental, Vision)

Training: Onsite: Plantation area

Shift: Must be flexible and available each day of the week, to work an 8hr. shift. Days off will be assigned after training. You MUST be able to ensure your availability will not change. Your designated shift will be one of the following shifts:

  • 8AM - 4:30PM EST
  • 9AM - 5:30PM EST
  • 2:30PM - 10PM EST

*NO EXCEPTIONS!* Shifts preference will be taken into consideration; however, you must be flexible enough to work any shift within the outlined window above. Otherwise, you will not be eligible to move forward with this opportunity.

Position Details:

  • Handle high frequency inbound calls environment
  • Assist callers with a bright, up-beat attitude and ensure their needs are successfully met
  • Must be able to multitask between several internal system programs
  • Must adhere to company set policies and procedures as well as those in place with the HIPPA Laws

 

Job Requirements

  • Must have exceptional experience in a call center (1 year experience with a single company in call center role, MINIMUM)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Must have exceptional communication and phone etiquette
  • Must reside within 45-minute commute or closer to Plantation, FL area and work in office
  • Must have High School Diploma/Equivalent and provide proof upon initiating hiring process
  • Must be able to satisfy a background check and education verification
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and multi-tasking
