Position: Customer Service Representative/Auto Dialer

Location: In office: Alpharetta, GA*and surrounding cities only* Must be within a 45 minute commute!

PAY:

With NO Bachelors Degree

Pay Rate: $18/hour

Bilingual Spanish Pay Rate: $18.50/hour

WITH Bachelors Degree

Pay Rate: $19.50/hour

Bilingual Spanish Pay Rate: $20/hour 

Start Date: Late February

Training: 

• Monday (Day 1): 9am-5pm with a 30-minute lunch
• Tuesday-Friday (Day 2-14): 8am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch

Schedule: Monday- Friday with potential Saturday Overtime. Work hours rotate between  8AM-5PM and 11AM-8PM shift, throughout the week. Candidates MUST be flexible M-F between the hours of 8AM-8PM.

Systems:

• Using a proprietary CRM system
• Smart sheets which is like Excel
• Outlook for all internal and external email

Dress Code:

• Business casual; nice jeans, sneakers, shirt

Location Amenities:

• Two large kitchen areas that include games
• Market Pantry
• Free snacks/beverages

Type of Hire:  

• Temp to hire (average conversion timeline is 6-10 months)
• Growth potential is unlimited.  This facility has 24 supervisors that all started as temporary CSRs!

• Bachelor’s degree verification required to grant higher pay grade (must be listed on resume and verified)
• Flexibility necessary, get moved around and learn new roles (makes growth opportunities more fluid)
• Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Must have exceptional communication and phone etiquette
• Complete a Background and drug screening
• Additional interviews with management team required 
• Must reside within 45 minutes of Alpharetta, GA to be eligible!
• No Experience required, looking for shining personalities!
