THIS POSITION IS ONSITE IT'S NOT WORKING FROM HOME

This is a high volume, customer service position.
Inbound call center, onsite in Overland Park.
Provide concierge and white-glove level service, removing burdens and providing end-to-end resolution for customers
Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues

Important Job details:

Start Date: ASAP
Position: CSR/Medical Benefits Advisor
Pay: 17.50/hr-PAID WEEKLY
Training 9am-5:30pm for 3-5 days then assigned a production schedule
Dress Code: Casual, nice jeans are fine (no leggings)

Job Requirements

Must be able to work onsite
HSD/GED
Strong computer and software navigation skills are critical
Strong ability to be flexible and adapt
Customer service experience
